Cape Cod Rental Details

Two week minimum. Pet Friendly home is a short & delightful stroll to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay (under 2/10 mile) or head over to the Village to visit the Brewster General Store! Custom & spacious Cape is artfully decorated for your gathering / vacation. The first floor offers a sun drenched kitchen with island stools & granite counters. The living room is spacious with a door to the patio and yard area and is open to an ample sized dining room. There's also a first floor laundry room and a bedroom with queen and en suite bath and a great size den which offers a queen pull-out if needed (and a full hall bathroom). Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with Kind size beds -- one of which has an en suite bath while the other offers full bath in hall just outside the room. All in all you will find the setting here amongst lovely homes is quiet yet close to everything you'd need. The yard area boasts separate relaxing areas, a patio with table & chairs, outside shower, and even a fire pit for responsible tenants with 8 chairs around it. There are even 4 beach chairs down on the rack just before you enter beach area! Sorry for the lack of greenery in photos as they were shot off season!. This 3-4 bedroom home sleeps 8 people (there's also a toddler bed available if needed). Responsible pet owners are welcome.
