Hydrangeas, those quintessential puffy blooms that mean summer on Cape Cod will be honored  July 10-19, 2015 during the Cape’s 1st annual Hydrangea Festival. Organized through the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and hosted by local garden enthusiasts, the festival will feature tours of some of the Cape’s most beautiful hydrangea displays. Hydrangea blossoms range in color, of course, but  it is most often those stunningly blue blooms that rival a Cape Cod summer sky that come to mind.

If you just can’t get enough of the beautiful blue orbs, Heritage Museum & Gardens will continue the tribute through the Hydrangeas 2015 conference on July 14, 15 & 16. More information can be obtained through the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce.

A similar festival in the Buffalo area generated 60,000 visitors and the Chamber expects similar enthusiasm.  The best rentals book quickly, so plan your visit to the festival soon.
